A few of my favorite {PHOTOGRAPHY} things!
I have been preserving maternity, newborn, family, and even more memories for over 5 years now! I am sharing my gear list and some of my favorite studio items, because some things just make our jobs easier!
Sony A7IV: I have always shot with Sony, but I have been through 3 models now, and the A7IV (HERE) is hands down my favorite. Just the recent upgrade from the A7iii (HERE) was even better than I expected.
Wescott FJ400: I just switched to this from the Einstein (HERE) and I really love it! I still love my Einstein too, and have been using that for the last 5 years, but the Wescott is wireless, which is what drew me to it. I am very happy with it and highly recommend it for studio lighting. I use one light in my studio, primarily with an 86” PLM, but I do have a 64” PLM as well. Wescott: CLICK HERE
PLM: I use an 86” PLM from Paul C. Buff, double diffused. I use this for all my studio work. I have the white umbrella, black outer cover, and double diffused white covers. CLICK HERE
Lenses: Sigma lenses are my FAVORITE. I have a 35, 50, 105 macro, 135, and 24-70. I have also used the 85 and it’s amazing too. CLICK HERE
Baby Shusher: because shhh’ing over and over for hours on end gets exhausting! I still use my baby shusher in the newborn studio, one my special tricks as a newborn photographer. CLICK HERE
